Andrew spent the first decade of his career driving revenue growth for organisations including CR Bard and M.E.D. Surgical, where he successfully expanded business for globally recognised manufacturers such as Applied Medical, Boston Scientific, and Atrium across the Irish healthcare market.

He is also the former co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Luma Vision, which raised US$50 million to revolutionise cardiac care through its novel VERAFEYE™ 4D electrophysiology mapping system, enabling surgeons to treat patients with greater precision and effectiveness.
